Full stream of Eartheater's new album RIP Chrysalis
Alexandra Drewchin’s Metalepsis and RIP Chrysalis releases just got joined by a third full-length record IRISIRI under her Eartheater moniker. The queens-based artist wraps her three-octave vocal range around experimental sonic tapestries; while the first two albums meddled with spellbinding ambient tones, IRISIRI lures you into trance, only to slap you right out of it without forewarning. Eartheater crawled under our skins at Butcher’s Tears a few years back – it is with pleasure we go down that path again. The night is supported by experimental duo Partners. Sounds growl, attack and stumble over one another, evoking a constant threatening mood while still sounding colossal and emotive.
