Valley: Transitions

29 July - s105, Amsterdam
15.30 - €15 - Free for members

A message from the people of Valley:

“In constant motion. We spin forwards, propelled by energy that always bounces back. Little flowers starting anew.”

On the 29th of July we gather for a very special Valley edition, hosted at the s105. Starting with DJ workshops and ending with ecstatic dancing, Valley hosts a day party to raise funds for the internationally loved Nomi. She has recently started her gender affirming surgeries and we want to support her into reaching these goals. For that occasion we have compiled an amazingly talented collection of artists that will make for an unforgettable event.

Tickets for the event are sold at the door. Entry is free for Subbacultcha members, but requires a reservation and entry before 21.00. Members can reserve a free ticket by sending an email to mailinglist@subbacultcha.nl with ‘Valley’ in the subject line + your name in the email.

Valley: Transitions will consist of:

A DJ workshop by snufkin

The day will start with a DJ workshop for beginners, so no need to be scared! Valley family member and DJ ‘snufkin’ will guide you through the basic knowledge of DJ’ing so you feel a little more comfortable to start playing some gigs yourself. After the workshop there is some time cut out for you to play when the event starts! (Only if you want to, of course). The workshop is on donation basis on top of entry tickets to the event and spaces will be limited. It will be held from 14:00 till 16:30 at s105, Dr. Jan van Breemenstraat 3.

If you would like to join the workshop please email your name and phone number to peopleofvalley@gmail.comDeadline is 24-07, 18:00.
