Under The Skin (2013)

Jonathan Glazer’s acclaimed sci-fi thriller follows an alien creature, who takes the form of a mysterious, seductive woman (Scarlett Johansson). While crossing the Scottish countryside in her van, she successfully manages to seduce and trap unsuspecting men. While wandering on earth, she explores what it is to be human, she slowly begins to doubt her own being.

This dark narrative explores, through the eyes of an outsider, what it is to be human. Under the Skin (2013) a terrifying, visually stunning and surreal masterpiece. The score of composer Mica Levi is also as ominous, alienating and intriguing as the film itself.
