UIT JE CLIT: Pink Oculus / Fata Boom / Rachel Green

UIT JE CLIT is a pairing between Melkweg Expo and Pisswife zine – who will be launching their second publication at the event – to celebrate International Women’s Day 2019! Providing transcendent electro hip-hop and a grandiose stage presence: FATA BOOM. The duo consists of Dutch Indie producer Martijn Groeneveld and an anonymous singer who appears in a distinctive array of masks, tassels and face paint.  In November 2016 their hit single DDD (Drop Down Deep) was released, a celebratory feat which has continued through sell-out performances.  Esperanza Denswil (better known by her stage name Pink Oculus) is a singer-songwriter, rapper, producer and actress. Her powerful, bubbling beats mix soul, jazz and pop to present a futuristic vision of trip-hop. Later in the night, Rachel Green DJ will keep your limbs moving with her repertoire of “heavy sounds and weird noises”. Subversive performance artists –  Nightclub Disaster – are there too, to rebel against monotonous club culture.
