Sonic Intimacies Weekender: Echo & Decay (Club night)

On November 10th, Metro54 and Kanaal40 present “Echo & Decay: Reverberating the Implements of Sound”. [Inspired by a quote from King Tubby, referencing the arcane form of dub sound.]

This will be a club night that’ll follow the programming of that day for Sonic Intimacies. Curated by Chinnamasta, this night invites our audience to explore sonic intimacy and imaginings within the space of the dance floor.

Sonic Intimacies Weekender is a four-day gathering that moves and attunes to the role of sound as a means to empower self-determination and narrate stories about everyday histories, intimacy, social life, politics, futures, (non)beings, and inner life worlds.
