Cinetol presents: an evening of postpunk, new wave and raw synth concoctions.

PROZA
The three-piece band PROZA produces a sound that they themselves describe as: from 1980 to 2050. They make postpunk, new wave and synthpop music. With this sound they tell a story in which the music and the Dutch language reinforce each other. They draw their inspiration from artists such as New Order, Velvet Underground, Thom Yorke and Brian Jonestown Massacre. Their single Labyrint is the first part of a triptych called Aphrodite. With this EP, PROZA takes you along in their search for various questions, where the answers are left to the imagination.

DROMéDA
The basis of the sound of solo artist DROMéDA is rooted in British punk and postpunk, but here and there you can also recognize hints of the 70s skinhead culture. Sometimes sporadically rhythms appear that are reminiscent of the rave music of the early 90s, as you could hear on British pirate radio. Everything is produced by DROMéDa themselves, with a focus on a diverse, pure and unpolished sound.
