Pearly Drops + LIJO

Painting from a palette of neon nightmares and pastel colored daydreams, Pearly Drops’ Sandra Tervonen and Juuso Malin are creating a world of strange and softly smudged pop music. Their snatches of nostalgic soundscapes combine to create a sense of time and placelessness. Deploying concise and sparse compositions, ethereal vocal performances underlined by dreamy, synths and percussion, Pearly Drops weaves something made for keeping the hope inside and the unmeaningful at bay.
