Duran Lantink: Old Stock

This summer, Centraal Museum is exhibiting work by the Dutch fashion designer Duran Lantink, who rose to fame after the ‘vagina pants’ that he designed for the American performing artist Janelle Monáe in 2018, and at London Fashion Week 2019, he work was presented in the International Fashion Showcase. He has been given free rein to design the exhibition on the top floors of the museum, also breathing new life into some of the museum’s rejected fashion pieces kept in the museum depot.
