This swirling summer, we’ve teamed up with Draaimolen Festival for their beautiful concert series in The Chapel.
On the 16th of September The Chapel will stage three unique concerts; Aïsha Devi, Coloray and Mathilde Nobel. Aïsha Devi links “thumping beats, rave stabs, seraphic and guttural throat singing, mystical linguistics and corporeal sonics” into a spiritual and captivating tear in space and time. Coloray (one half of the former duo Tunnelvisions) will perform slightly unruly and fully analog – tying into genres of EBM, new wave, synth-pop and post-punk. Mathilde Nobel will present a live rendition of her forthcoming debut record that’ll be released on Nous’Klaer. An ethereal, but eerie-sounding project; suffocating blows eclipse the mix, through which Mathilde’s vigorous voice soars and beguiles.
