On Thursday the 19 of October, default den haag returns to the basement of the Grey Space in the Middle with an international triple bill, of whom each performance carries out an unique, forward pushing take on computer-informed, experimental music while embodying the emotional and sensitive.
For this occasion, default den haag presents a varied line-up containing performances by Philadelphia-based sound artist Christian Mirande, who on his recent album on Regional Bears uniquely merged the experimental with the emotional, Latvian sound and new media artist absence administration, who’s work plays within the topics of speculative software art, subjectivity and language and the American laptop duo lilic & wish (first European tour!), who with their textural and vocal-heavy collaborations bring a fresh and unique take on sample-based evocations.
Default den haag is a sound series taking place in the Hague, hosting listening events with a focus on experimental music and sound art performances.
