Opera Forward Festival Giveaway (Postponed, Date TBA)

From 13 to 22 March 2020, Dutch National Opera presents the Opera Forward Festival for the fifth time. There are multiple dates diverse operas and other intriguing performances are taking place, but we are giving away tickets for Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny on the 19th of March. Opera Forward Festival discovers opera in a completely new way. Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny by Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht is an ironic anecdote about extreme capitalism. Weill’s combination of classical, jazz and popular tunes creates a brilliant music theater performance that you wouldn’t want to miss.
