Kanaal40, where genre’s bend and micropop comes alive on Friday, 14th of June. Starting with live acts and ending on a clubbing note.

Kicking off with duo Flevoland, inspired by what they call one of the most surreal chapters in Dutch history, the creation of Flevoland. They’re geo-pop songs, perfect for a long bike ride through the Dutch countryside, entrance the listener, capturing the unique landscape of the province. Performing live for us, the two young adults kick off the night presenting the Polder Capsule release party. For this special occasion Flevoland is bringing along local legends Hommybird and Jesse Exoo.

Then, the curated night by Soft Break takes over, whose also performing herself, with her usual genre-defying and energy infused journeys, where gentle vocals meet sub-destroying bass in a dance of unexpected twists. Soft Break introduces us to Tempest and Arcturius, two artists who promise energy and innovation on the dance floor. Arcturius, who is charging the dutch drum and bass scene by storm, diminishes the line between the dancefloor and the music, joined by Tempest, multi-genre DJ, who references familiar rhythms within unique beats to surprise her audience.
