Sic Alps

Sic Alps is yet another San Francisco band rage rage raging against the dying of the ‘60s psychedelia light. Their lo-fi garage pop immediately calls to mind the music of kindred spirit and occasional guest player Ty Segall, although they take a more understated approach than Segall. While last year’s Napa Asylum demonstrated that these guys have the stamina to entertain for an entire album, they’ve also released a gagillion EPs and 7 inches on various labels, including their brand new Drag City 7 inch Pangea Globe.
