Opening: Shores Like You & In the Spirit of Nature

Huis Marseille, the first museum of photography in the country, opens two new exhibitions. Scarlett Hooft Graafland’s Shores Like You harbors photography taken over the past four years, depicting landscapes and installations from travels to faraway places, which is the starting point for her work. Martin Gusinde, Rotimi Fani-Kayode and Mario Cravo Neto, photographers from Germany, Nigeria and Brazil, each have very distinct bodies of work. In the Spirit of Nature connects the three artists by way of subject of their work – all three photographers use visual expression in depicting invisible power.
