Cancelled: Ilyas Ahmed

Ilyas Ahmed has unfortunately been forced to cancel his upcoming European tour and will be unable to perform on this date. Fingers crossed we’ll be able to bring him out early next year.

Following a three year period of silence the Pakistani-born, Portland-raised Ilyas Ahmed reappeared with a record release, written and recorded entirely on electric and 12-string guitars. Sweeping through bohemian sonic arrangements, Ahmed blends delicacy with simple sorrow that creates a soulful and hazy ambiance. Since the self-released debut Between Two Skies, Ahmed has stacked up a collection of releases, independently and on various labels, the latest of which I Am All Your Own was released in March on Immune Recordings.
