Film: The Adjuster

14 January

More info

To make sure you never forget the nineties were about more than The Spice Girls and Buffalo shoes, KASK Cinema organises the ace Goldminteties program, screening elven classics of that wonderfully weird decade, like Funny Games, Underground and Magnolia. Together with Film Fest Ghent, they’re treating you to Atom Egoyan’s The Adjuster, revealing the Canadian master’s original and intriguingly personal take on alienation and voyeurism, in a style that’s both voluptuous and cool. Last October Egoyan presented his new films The Captive and Devil’s Knot at Film Fest Ghent, to great acclaim. Definitely make sure to fill in the poll on their Facebook page, picking your favorite for the final Goldmineties movie screening on 28 January!
