Jespfur

The work of Jespfur, the moniker of multi-instrumentalist Jesper Vervoort, is collection of dusty but razor-sharp patchworks. There are slacker rock guitar lines, there are opaque hypnagogic vocal lines, and there’s plenty of SP-404 trickery. An constant presence of unexpected twists and turns by “the beat maker who’s recording a band”.

After the release of the mesmerizing full length Pedestrians Of Bright Silence, released on 10K, and a recent European debut tour, Jespfur will play his first solo set for “POBS” in his hometown Amsterdam, on July 25th at Garage Noord. With a brimming line-up of support DJ’s: Hommybird, Demo Crazy, Bahati and Gra Paulo.
