Providence, Rhode Island’s Arab on Radar cohabitated the same seminal noise rock scene as Lightning Bolt. Following their brief reunion in 2010, they collapsed upon themselves like a funeral pyre. Doomsday Student has risen out of the ashes of three-quarters of that band, sounding similarly relentless but rejuvenated.
