BCR Incubator: Nene Hatun

Following the inpouring of exemplary applications, our good friends over at Berlin Community Radio carefully made a selection of four artists, who participated in this Spring/Summer’s edition of BCR Incubator.

Initially from Istanbul, Nene Hatun has spent the last six months in Berlin, focusing on creating experimental dark wave music that comes intertwined with alluring vocals and aching drones. Below you can find the beautiful results of Hatun’s one month residency at BCR. The second track features a vocal focused remix by singer-songwriter Anika (who happens to perform with her new project, Exploded View, at s105 on Friday, 19 August).
