Delivering news from cloud nine as we inform you that the Los Angeles based Mild High Club confirmed to touch ground at Butcher’s Tears on 29 October. Alex Brettin is the man accountable for Mild High Club’s smooth, sun kissed sound of organs and faded vocals that are comparable to the sensation of a warm summer rain shower of psychedelic pop. The sound is classifiable under the genres of experimental, alternative pop and new wave. Brettin’s contributed to Ariel Pink’s ‘Pom Pom’ and toured with the likes of Wire and Mac Demarco, set next to tour with King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard starting mid-August. In more exciting news, here is Mild High Club’s new track ‘Undeniable’ – have a listen and get up on this cloud.
