Mourn – Gertrudis, Get Through This!

It’s hard not to feel a moderately shiftless thinking about how much the teenagers from Barcelona have already accomplished. Mourn’s impatient and assertive attitude carries a refreshing energy which has been working out for the foursome. Last fall they released their self-titled debut album on Sones Records and have since grabbed the attention and signed on to Captured Tracks, and next month they’ll be touring the States. They make wisecracks too; Mourn’s fresh single “Gertrudis, Get through This!” is from their upcoming 3 track Gertrudis, now available digitally and on vinyl later this summer.
