Утро (Utro) is the darker post-punk side-project of Motorama singer Vladislav Parshin, brought into its’ eerie existence in the port city of Rostov-On-Don six years ago. Since releasing the self-titled debut in 2010, the group recently released a mini album Solnce (Солнце) last year on Talitres Records, trading their guitars for synths and keyboards to a haunting effect. Spiritual Russian lyrics and artwork as dark as the music arose our curiosity from the start. It’s worth mentioning that their website is alluringly ominous, go have a look.
