Lucas Foglia: Human Nature

We at Subbacultcha have a soft spot for not only music, but also art. Foam Museum is one of our favorite spots in Amsterdam for triggering creativity and imagination while getting educated on fresh artists in contemporary photography.

American photographer Lucas Foglia’s focal point is the human relationship to nature, his works unfolding stories of people’s many ways of utilizing it, from the extremes of killing it off to submerging themselves in it. The  ‘His series Human Nature brings together stories about nature, people, government, and the science of our relationship to wilderness.’ – Foam.
