Expelling a void of sweeping psychedelia during impromptu shows in public spaces throughout Berlin, Camera have earned the exclusive category “Krautrock Guerilla”. The underground, Berlin-based band set out to resonate beyond known horizons through the constant rhythmic mesh of drawn out keyboards, throbbing drums and spherical guitar strums. Following up their head-banging and -turning debut Radiate! in 2012, last year’s Remember I was Carbon Dioxide on Bureau B continued to hypnotize. They’re back on European roads this September and ready to feed us another share of their heady reverberations. Supporting Camera will be PC Worship. The New York ensemble released their fifth album Social Rust on Dull Tools/Northern Spy last year. Weaving through the edges of punk, drone rock, and making use of curious improvisation lined with stony vocals, PC Worship is a creative noisy group that’s classification remains obscure.
