CACHE: REALITY MINING

Inspired by the esoteric internet – mythical online communities, digicore, the aesthetics of the internet era 2012-2016, digisigilism, Frutiger Aero and digital mysticism – Cache: Reality Mining invites anyone who resonates with these cultural echoes to come together and experience fresh, new sounds.

This evening puts local and international experimental electronic artists in the spotlight who all move at the intersection of hyperpop, experimental club music, leftfield folk pop and other forms of groundbreaking internet music.

stnvndijk*

stnvndijk* is a producer who creates h*yper-surreal*stische elektroni*sche muzi*ek* e*n plays: hy*perfolk to dance on, hi*ghres elektr*oni*sche muzi*ek to* move on.

◊◊dagerblad◊◊

◊◊dagerblad◊◊ is a queer producer and singer, part of art collectives ‘Klokpack6ix’ and ‘fan.club’. Her work moves within hyperpop, but sounds like something that has been found rather than made. A place where sounds are stretched, broken and restore themselves to a moment of reflection. There she writes songs to record everything that would otherwise float by.

Syd Yap

Syd Yap is a queer experimental digital music artist. With the new year, a new performance has also emerged: super crazy, wild and mega unexpected. They will do everything they can to fulfill the urge to perform live and make art. With mainly Dutch lyrics and beats, Syd will share their story.

Zegenmij@25

Zegenmij@25 is an electronic music duo with an experimental approach to both songwriting and production. Their sound can be described as energetic and melancholic, while exploring a wide range of genres, from modern underground trap to jump style and trance-inspired sounds.‍‍

BoLs/sLoB

BoLs/sLoB is a producer, songwriter and DJ inspired by the English post-club scene. His authentic mix of cloud rap, glitch, ethereal pop and experimental electronic music makes BoLs one of the most exciting emerging artists from the Czech Republic.
