5 years Subbacultcha Belgium: Birthday party

Five years ago, on an October evening in 2011, Kasper-Jan and Herlinde Raeman were about to launch the Belgian edition of a subscription model dedicated to promoting upcoming artists. Subbacultcha! (remember the ‘!’?) would give its members first-hand access to a curated agenda of events taking place throughout Belgium. More than 300 concerts, movies, plays and exhibitions, 50 magazines and other weird shit later, Subbacultcha Belgium take a moment to thank you for keeping the community alive. We are super excited to invite you to the birthday of our Belgian better half, in which they merge four favorite partners together in one of many beloved venues.

HE4RTBROKEN – Beaurskafe

Recently started by emotive party girls Liyo and Steff, HE4RTBROKEN is bringing to Brussels and to the subbafam a new generation of a globally conscious and genre-blending clubbing scene. On the line-up: Sega Bodega, Covco, Nevrland and Liyo + Steff.

Deep In House – Silver Room

The Deepin boys have grown exponentially since we first met. Once strictly serving up house music, today DIH brings together underground DJs from a wide range of electronic genres and stands alongside some of the best events on the festival calendar. On the line-up: Gurl, Chris Ferreira and Kafim.

Fortune Collective – Black Box

From day one this collective of boys from various Brussels-based bands have kept their audience on its toes, constantly innovating in the most unconventional ways. TBH, we don’t know what to tell you to expect; just come and see.

Sabzian – Golden Hall

Our movie connoisseurs will also have a room of their own. Come find refuge at any time as they project Andy Warhol’s Sleep all night long.
