Jessica Pratt

We came across the music of Jessica Pratt on the recommendation of White Fence’s Tim Presley and instantly fell in love with her wonderful voice – just like he did. Presley became so enchanted, he ventured into the label world and founded his own imprint, Birth Records, with the sole purpose of releasing Pratt’s self-titled debut. Indeed, the San-Francisco songstress’s delicate folk takes cues from the timeless melancholic simplicity of the ’70s folk revival to create a pure and bright album.
