Tzara The Machine is the solo project of Amsterdam-based Venezuelan singer-songwriter and producer Francisco Garrido. Inspired by artists such as Björk, Animal Collective, and Bon Iver, and with the energy and daring of a free jazz quartet, Tzara The Machine’s live band gives indie rock a new and adventurous direction.
The music is bold and unpredictable, moving from shoegaze-driven walls of sound to meditative ambient textures. It is aggressive, dynamic, and direct, yet always remains anchored in a deep groove and vulnerability. Through electronics, improvisation, and eclectic sound experimentation, an immersive experience emerges, created by a dream team of groundbreaking musicians.
MJH Thompson Volksorkest is a group that plays with the rules of traditional music-making in an infectious way. Together, they perform the songs of MJH Thompson. The music is very varied and therefore cannot easily be pigeonholed, but always defines itself through an idiosyncratic, sincere, and experimental approach.
