Picture Wovenhand’s rough guitars with the softness and fragility of The Tallest Man On Earth and Tim Buckley’s flow. He’s had experimental noise days but Ryley Walker, 24 and based in Chicago, has now chosen the old-school 1970s-style guitar folk path. His warm and wild melodies will caress your ears and tickle your senses like a dreamy afternoon in the forest.
He’s a genuine guy who says he just wants to be happy and travel the world without having a regular job, and he succeeds very well. Daniel Bachman of Philadelphia will accompany him as a perfect complementary support act.
