Greetings from Seattle’s alternative rock scene along with Sub Pop – Nathan Rodriguez, Liam Downey and Jeannine Koewler belong in both, as a group of organized noise known as So Pitted. Named after a YouTube clip of a devoted-to-his-cause surfer brah, the trio use the same devotion in making sludgy post-punk rock. After sharing ‘rot in hell’ and the latest release of ‘feed me’, we’re eager for debut neo to be out on February 19th. Not to mention the forecast of a ragged, loud time at Butcher’s Tears. Supporting the night will be Rotterdam three-piece Venus Tropicaux.
