S.m.a.k. Extra Time: Expo Joachim Koester

In ‘Maybe One Must Begin With Some Particular Places’ the Museum of Contemporary Art S.M.A.K. is presenting an overview of work of Joachim Koester. The Danish artist focuses on several main themes in this exhibition, the occult, the hidden and the immeasurable, which all form parallel storylines with a single common dominator: the exploration of the boundaries of the unknown. On this night Subbacultcha! is presenting three musical acts who are bringing the dark terra incognita alive: Transylvanian born producer Dracula Lewis with his dark horror electronica, Milan based Stargate aka Lorenzo Senni with some overwhelming beat-driven trance music and the upcoming duo Primitive Art who experiment with new age and hypnotic samples and loops.
