No Age

Cali’s finest, Randy Randall and Dean Spunt – better known as No Age – took a long time before spreading the news about their yet untitled new album. Like many of their mates of “The Smell” scene in LA in the early 2000’s, No Age started off as a terrifying act that burned your ears with rambling lo-fi punk. Along the way these furious two cleaned up their sound, released the critically acclaimed Everything In Between on Sub Pop, and left The Smell for what it was. For their new record Spunt and Randall let go of old habits and created new compositional methods, circumventing all notions of pop music and breaking it down into something else.
