Music and art platform Subbacultcha is looking for a connector

Subbacultcha is a members-based music and art platform from Amsterdam. We promote unruly music and art from Amsterdam and the World. In our 10 years of existence we have grown from a one-man operation to a medium-sized yet very flexible company with a high output and a strong backbone of impeccable taste.

Now with our 10-year anniversary right behind us we have new plans for new times and we are looking for a positive, creative, outgoing and well-connected person to help us making them happen.

You Are:

Involved
You understand what Subbacultcha is about. You are music and art fiend and are involved in the creative scene of Amsterdam. You have experience in guiding projects and have been involved in making them a succes. Artistically as well as financially

Connected
You have a good and varied network in the cultural and creative field in the Netherlands. You also are connected to brands, festivals and other potential partners. You know how to keep your network up to date and are always looking for new connections and new possibilities

Moneysmart
You believe in art and you believe in finding money to create it. You put the product first but at the same time are able to think out of the box and find commercial yet integer ways to make things happen.

You will:

– You will be coming up with great and out-of-the box ideas for special products and especially for ways to make them happen financially. Think art publications, vinyl releases, photo-books, wrapping paper, special sessions, exhibitions, etc.
– You’ll also be involved in connecting to partners, press and people to help spread the word and make these products a success.
– You’ll also be making new connections and get Subbacultcha! involved in matching projects, festivals and events.
– You’ll be working about three days a week with flexible hours
