PREMIERE: BRAIDS – Deep In The Iris

The third record by Montreal art-rock trio Braids, Deep In The Iris (Arbutus Records/Flemish Eye) will officially be released on 28 April. But, lucky you, you can listen to it in its entirety already. Three records in and the trio’s icy electronics have warmed just in time for the spring-time flourish to reveal an album lush with organic instrumentation and cleansing hymns. And, to top it off, Braids shower us with that newfound splendour at WesterLiefde, Amsterdam on the 6th of May. The show is free for Subbacultcha members.
