It’s nearly that time of the year again, the time when Le Guess Who? festival lands into the city of Utrecht and with that, Le Mini Who? ♥

For this year’s edition, we’ve lined up a winning assortment of talented artists. The boys from down under, Alex Cameron, accompanied by loyal friend and saxophonist Roy Malloy, have been keeping busy rummaging the USA with the likes of Angel Olsen and Islands. Their wit, dance moves and, above all, music, left us scarred with awe, so we’ve asked them to come back and do it again.

Reason for awe doesn’t stop there. Joining forces with the wonderful people at Pantropical, we’re thrilled to present Carnatic mandolin masterminds Sreeusha and Sireesha, going by the moniker of Mandolin Sisters. Impressed by their father’s casual guitar plucking at the delicate age of five, the pair picked up the habit and began to pluck away. Soon after, the Indian sister duo were introduced to the Carnatic mandolin by their father. We can, without a doubt, promise that if you haven’t heard the Mandolin Sisters before, you will be blown away.

Last but not least, electronic pop duo Happy Meals complete the bill for our showdown in Kapitaal. In fact, we’re so infatuated with this Franco-Scottish pair that we booked the twice for the day! If, for some reason, you’re unable to make it down to Utrecht, don’t fret. On the very same night, Happy Meals and Idiot Glee take the stage at our HQ building in De School, Amsterdam.
