Larry Gus’s latest album I Need New Eyes came out a few days ago on DFA. Although the appropriation of assorted sonic samples by the Greek wizard make categorizing troublesome, (with the exception of Larry Gus himself) we all see eye to eye on the newfangled take on modern pop that we deem rewarding.
