o3o celebrates its third birthday at qamörra, a night packed to the brim with Europe’s finest dubwise selectors. Coming from the irish term, ‘comóradh’ (celebration), qamörra is o3o’s longest running clubnight and a party that brings together the international community in utrecht’s thriving scene. expect futuristic dubstep mutations, left-field dnb and frenetic eastern percussion all night long.
o3o is an ever-evolving initiative founded in utrecht but permeating more broadly. through its origins as 030.radio, it has developed a community enthusiastic about music, culture and art, and forming meaningful connections through these disciplines. via a variety of events including gigs, club nights & poetry nights, o3o creates space for local voices as well as those new to utrecht, offering a platform to share their work and spark new collaborations. the programming also embraces inspirations further afield, welcoming artists from across europe and beyond.
flowing from its radio residencies, explorative mix series, and forthcoming record label, o3o has expanded across various digital audio outputs: diy radio has evolved into a wider practice of curation, shifting between disciplines, energies and traditions, building networks of listeners, artists, and friends.
