He lives in a cave but looks like he sleeps in a car, and has a tattoo of a one-eyed cave woman on his arm and the voice of a child. Under the name King Tuff, he also makes guileless garage-pop so jam-packed with stadium guitar riffs and ridiculously catchy melodies, you’ll want to play it on repeat at a house party you don’t have to clean up after.
