This experimental arts festival’s multifaceted program of video and film screenings, exhibitions, conferences, talks, concerts, and dance nights presents critical and creative views on contemporary media culture. Besides its annual Panorama program, which features the finest film and video of the past two years, the festival also dedicates a chunk of its precious time to an annually rotating thematic program. This year’s theme of Capitalism Catch-22 will examine the dilemma of capitalism in a world where it is increasingly obvious that rampant consumerism has become unsustainable.
