After some brief stints as drummer for Crystal Stilts, Dum Dum and Vivian Girls, Miss Rose also fronted her own garage-rock group as Frankie Rose and the Outs. Now she’s not only turned her back on the Outs, but also left her trusty garage for the gloss and glamour of a professional recording studio. On her acclaimed solo debut Interstellar she weaves dreamy synth-pop into lush arrangements, and lets her calm, comforting voice shine through more than ever.
