default den haag presents its 15th edition, returning to The Grey Space in the Middle on Thursday the 27th of June.

Rie Nakajima and Pierre Berthet present a duo performance under the project name ‘Dead Plants & Living Objects,’ which they have been developing for the past ten years, blending elements of sculpture and sound. The Dutch underground improvisation group Kapotte Muziek (Frans de Waard, Peter Duimelinks, and Roel Meelkop) celebrates their 40th anniversary. Free Version, a project by Hilde Wollenstein, explores urban environmentalism and DIY multi-channel music. Boris de Klerk & Finn Borath perform ‘Chamber Piece #3’, focusing on the sound of the basement’s fluorescent lighting.
