Togolese rapper Yao Bobby and Swiss noisemaker Simon Grab bring their next generation free form rap, noise and synthetic rhythm concoction to our garage. Coaxed out of improvised feedback signal and dynamic microphone control, the unstoppable flow of sound and lyrics intend to crush borders, sonically, socially and politically. Yao’s lyrics deal with the current injustices in Africa and the problems of the colonial aftermath of the west and its remaining grip on the continent. Expect raw and rumbling madness.

ARAKAZA
Burundi-born and Amsterdam-based artists whose dj sets move across genres, bridging together his east-African roots with hard industrial sounds by various artists, from the African diaspora and beyond. He also brings influences from the Ballroom scene, of which he is an active participant.

Noise Diva
Noise Diva is an Amsterdam-based producer and DJ. Her musical stylings bridge together a variety of genres, from Moroccan trap to Egyptian R&B, French drill, dancehall, and UK garage, weaving together stories that transcend the dancefloor, while ensuring that dancers stay hot on their toes. The ecstatic flow that she creates in her sets is always unexpected, and yet guaranteed to create intimate connections around the DJ booth.
