Arc Vale (live) + Chinnamasta (hybrid) + SUPERMARKT (live) + Slimfit (dj)

3 April - Garage Noord, Amsterdam
20.00 - 7-10,-

Arc Vale will perform Garage Noord on April 3rd for the release of their stunning debut EP. Brought to life by Zamity Mitelembe (formerly of Salutingrome) and Noah Dackus. Joining them are Supermarkt, Amsterdam’s restless noise/dance quintet; Chinnamasta, weaving Afro-diasporic rhythms into hypnotic electronic currents; and Slimfit, whose genre-defying, high-energy sets transcend boundaries. A night to feel, move, and immerse yourself in the hue.

ARC VALE (live)

Arc Vale is a collaborative project between Zamity Mitelembe (formerly of Salutingrome) and Noah Dackus. A new ambitious project that pushes both artists into new creative territory. This project erupted into a stark exploration of sound that defies easy categorization. The result is a debut record that is both emotive and atmospheric.

Chinnamasta (hybrid)

From deep bass to ghostly echoes, Chinnamasta delves into the vast sonic currents of Afro-diasporic electronic music, tracing its echoes across continents. Embodying the goddess of death, rebirth, and contradictions, she is on a quest to recover and uncover the cross-pollination of sonic landscapes and cultures between peoples, the Afro-diasporic sonic global culture. Moving through the rhythmic routes of the Atlantic, Caribbean, and Indian, the Amsterdam-based sonic experimentalist brings you on a venture to shake that ass.

SUPERMARKT (Live)

SUPERMARKT is a Quintet Noise (Dance) ‘Rock’ band based in Amsterdam. They are inspired by Noise Rock,  Anatolian Rock, No Wave, and tinnitus. The sound is raw, real, and restless. The lyrics are absurd, obscene, and senseless. They enjoy improvisation and are currently working on their first EP, which is taking a bit because they are improvising it too. In their free time, they enjoy the quiet moments of life.

SLIMFIT

Slimfit is a multidisciplinary artist with Chinese, Surinamese, and Dutch roots. Known for energetic sets, they interweave various genres into a seamlessly blended stream of sound. From rhythmic hard drum to emotional techno and hardcore, post-club and GQOM to Neo Perreo and Kuduro, their sets transcend cultural boundaries, challenging categorically defined borders into a meta-modernist mix.
