Swedish hyper-pop artist Namasenda caught the attention of PC Music label head AG Cook early in her career with her alternative R&B-tinged bubblegum bass . In 2019, she became the first black artist to sign with the iconic label, which would lead to her successful mixtape ‘Unlimited Ammo’ in 2021.
It came as no surprise to Namasenda that she would rise from a small Swedish village to the international stage. She has now shown that she belongs among the hyperpop greats with worldwide tours and record deals with two influential avant-pop labels. She’ll be coming through to perform at Bitterzoet on December 2nd and Bitterzoet have been kind enough to offer a few spots for Subbacultcha members. Expect a mix of bubblegum bass, hyperpop, trap and alternative R&B.
Tickets for the event can be purchased here. There are a limited amount of free tickets for Subbacultcha members. Members can make a reservation by sending an email to mailinglist@subbacultcha.nl with ‘Namasenda’ in the subject line + your name in the email.
