We’re glad to announce that we’ll welcome the enigmatic Canadian artist, blackwinterwells, to the stage at Kanaal40 on November 9th.

Step into the 2-dimensional human world of blackwinterwells, where emotions of the digital generation find their voice amidst a static, somewhat dystopian landscape. On her first EU tour, blackwinterwells will cast a spellbinding performance, introducing renewed visuals and visceral energy to the birthplace of western magic. From rage-pop electronic to hip-hop, emo, shoe-gaze, and futuristic beats, blackwinterwells embodies an array of tones and identities that will leave you mesmerized.

Raghd & YULLOLA will be performing as support! Raghd is a Gothenburg-based singer, rapper, and producer, rapidly emerging as a top breakthrough of 2023. Together with acclaimed YEAR0001 producer DJ Haydn, she has created a boundary-pushing style that effortlessly blends rap, psychedelic synths, looped vocals, jungle, alternative rock and R&B into a sound that is entirely her own. YULLOLA is a singer, songwriter and producer who takes us into an otherwordly dimension that combines divine and feminine spirits with a spooky sense of alienation. Her music is a part electronic and part guitar-driven.
