Smegma

One of the few Los Angeles Free Music Society members still active today, the now Portland-based, google-at-your-own-risk experimental group Smegma has been going on DIY noise adventures for over 40 years. For this occasion, they’ve invited Laurent Gérard to join them as they take their evening plunge into the depths of noise. The Frenchman known as Èlg creates hypnotic, cosmic pop wrapped in layers of droning synth and musique concrète. They will share the bill with Dutch experimental guitarist Lukas Simonis and The Homosexuals’ Xentos ‘Fray’ Bentos.
