We host a new exhibition in the Subbacultcha! project space this October for multitalented artist Wouter Venema (1985). We know him as the artist behind the visuals of Rotterdam-based synth-drone act Mike Koldin, but his work takes many forms.
In this exhibition Wouter shows us Tussenruimte, a series of images based on a script he wrote. The story has taken on several appearances; it started out as a series of drawings, then developed into photographs and will now also be translated into a performance. During the opening Wouter, together with Michiel Klein (Eklin, Sweat Tongue), will perform a live soundtrack to the exhibition.
