The fervently beloved Rewire will return to The Hague on 9 – 12 April 2026. The 15th festival edition brings together a wide range of musical and interdisciplinary performances, specially commissioned works, club nights, installations, talks and screenings.
In the ever-exploratory adventurous programme, you can find several Subbacultcha-loved artists, such as Smerz, james K, Fine, Los Thuthanaka (Chuquimamani-Condori and Joshua Chuquimia Crampton), Susu Laroche, Sumac & Moor Mother, KMRU, Mailibu, and many more.
The celebratory opening evening on Thursday at Amare features a bold combination of iconic artistists. Caterina Barbieri’s composition is illuminated by light design of visual artist Marcel Weber aka MFO. The legendary five-time Grammy award-nominated composer Suzanne Ciani joins producer Actress to perform Concrète Waves – the kind of collaboration that only floats to shore once in a lifetime.
The following days are filled with countless boundary pushing acts, such as Einstürzende Neubauten, Kim Gordon, Beatrice Dillon & Explore Ensemble, Eraserhead x Xiu Xiu, Drew McDowall & Pedro Maia, Joanne Robertson & Oliver Coates, Oneohtrix Point Never, and many more.
