Remember what an Amsterdam traffic light sounds like?
We at Subbacultcha mostly tend to your ears, but you don’t forget to take the time to feast your eyes as well. Foam Museum is one of our favorite spots to trigger creativity and imagination while getting to know the newest trends within contemporary photography. We encourage you to go take a look and hey, entrance is free for Subbacultcha members.
Currently, Foam is hosting the exhibition Back to the Future presenting to the public artworks that juxtapose the work created by contemporary artists with that of some of the medium’s nineteenth century pioneers. The exhibition aims at creating a dialogue between contemporary positions and those of the nineteenth century, displaying what the photographic medium was, what it is, and what it will be in the near future. Back to the Future runs up until 28 March – make sure you drop by.
