Holly Herndon – Morning Sun

Holly Herndon has graced us all with a new video release for “Morning Sun” from Platform, released last month on 4AD Records. We’ve seen her before in conversation with a NSA agent in “Home”; now we see Holly wandering around Mars in search of something. The elements in the video convey a hopeful hint at a better humanity, Holly’s translucent voice, the electronic soundscapes and the message in the end. We vote sweet sweet Holly for president on Mars.
